    The Emerald Pantry operates and fulfills orders from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders placed after 4pm Pacific on Friday or placed on Saturday will be shipped coming Monday. Orders placed on Sunday will be fulfilled either Monday morning or Tuesday, dependent upon order volume. Our extended hours during the holiday season are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday. However, fulfillment and shipping rules still apply.

    Short Answer: No. Long Answer: We do not have an open to the public location. We do, however, have occasional pop-up stores at various locations throughout the year. Customers can also request private tasting, parties or pop-up locations.

    At The Emerald Pantry, "Emerald Cuts" refer to our practice of adjusting prices to reflect the current market value of our luxury gift items. This means that prices may fluctuate up or down based on the current price of the item. With "Emerald Cuts," you can trust that you are getting the best value for your investment in luxury gifting. When a price has been adjusted, it will have a ribbon noting the price adjustment. We receive new shipments on a monthly basis, to ensure we have take in account our carbon footprint. Items may be per-ordered (and will be shipped same day or next day our shipment arrives.) If an item is out of stock and needed quickly, we ask that our customers use our concierge phone services for special ordering.
